If something in the app is not working, or you have a question or a suggestion, write to sai@thegitaproject.world. A person reads every message and you will get a reply.
When you write about a problem
It helps to include a few details, so the problem can be found quickly:
- Your phone and its system version, for example iPhone 13 on iOS 26 or a Pixel on Android 16
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the Profile screen
- What you were doing, and what happened
- A screenshot, if you have one
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can choose Continue as Guest and use the whole app. Your reading progress and favourites are saved as you go. If you later sign in with Apple, Google, or email from the Profile screen, everything you saved as a guest comes with you.
How do I turn the daily verse notification off?
Open Profile and use the switches under Notifications. The daily verse and the weekly lesson each have their own switch.
How do I switch between light and dark?
Tap the sun or moon button at the top of any tab, or choose light, dark, or system under Appearance in Profile.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and choose Delete account. This works for guests too. You can also ask by email. The Account Deletion page explains both ways and what is removed.
Can I turn off usage analytics?
Yes. Open Profile and turn off the usage analytics switch. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and why.
